ALBANY — In the shadow of the Central Warehouse, angry and bewildered residents Thursday made the unhappy pilgrimage to retrieve their vehicles at AC’s Towing and Recovery on Montgomery Street.
Some got rides with colleagues, others took Ubers. And at least one, disabled Army veteran Rick Piotrowski, made the journey on foot.
