The Iowa Clinic is introducing Walk-In Wednesdays, a new weekly opportunity for patients to receive convenient, expert foot and ankle care with no appointment required.
Beginning January 28, every Wednesday from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm, patients can walk into The Iowa Clinic’s Podiatry department in West Des Moines for evaluation and treatment of common concerns, injuries, and pain.
Walk-In Wednesdays make it easier for patients to address foot and ankle issues early before they become more serious or affect long-term mobility. Patients can be evaluated for heel and sole pain, ankle injuries, toe and toenail issues, and other foot and ankle conditions. Foot and ankle pain is widespread and often goes untreated, affecting an estimated 17–42% of adults.
