Fort Collins Police Chief Jeff Swoboda says he wants people to know that his agency is not participating in immigration enforcement efforts.
And the chief say if emotionally charged situations were to develop in regard to immigration enforcement, his officers would work to calm things down and de-escalate the situation
The chief made the comments in a video that was posted on the Fort Collins Police Services Facebook page. You can see the video below.
