LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A nationwide movement to honor the life of Alex Pretti, who was shot and killed at an anti-ICE protest in Minneapolis, Minnesota, has brought dozens of health care workers across the country to pay their respects, including some in southern Nevada.
A vigil Wednesday night in honor of Pretti was held just outside of the St. Rose Sienna hospital in Henderson near St. Rose Parkway, and Eastern brought out dozens of health care workers as part of a nationwide effort put on by National Nurses United to remember and honor Pretti, whom many in attendance say was a life taken far too soon.
