Dayton cop pulled into vehicle during traffic stop: police

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A Dayton police officer is reportedly uninjured after allegedly being pulled into a vehicle during a traffic stop and taken several blocks.

Montgomery County Regional Dispatch told WDTN.com that a traffic stop occurred Thursday night at Third and Keowee streets at 10:53 p.m. Dispatch also confirmed a crash occurred in the area of Third and Terry streets just three minutes later.

A Dayton police official told our 2 NEWS crew at the scene of the crash that a downtown central district officer made a traffic stop. Upon making contact with the driver, police said the driver was reportedly uncooperative…
