GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — The man accused of shooting and killing an off-duty Greensboro Police Sergeant appeared in court for pretrial motions.
Jamere Justice Foster faces first degree murder among other charges in the December 2023 shooting at a Sheetz in Colfax that killed Greensboro Police Department Sergeant Dale Nix.
