Man, dog rescued from frozen pond in High Point

HIGH POINT, N.C. (WGHP) — High Point officials saved a man and a dog from a frozen pond in High Point Thursday night.

At around 9 p.m., High Point police responded to Caroll Ridge Court near Timberwolf Avenue where a man and a dog were found laying on ice on top of a frozen pond.
