When Scott McCray sought to expand his culinary footprint in metro Atlanta, one of the first places he visited was downtown Lawrenceville.
McCray, who owns and operates McCray’s Tavern and Perry Street Chophouse on Lawrenceville’s downtown Square, remembered that the location he wanted was unavailable at the time, so he patiently waited for his shot.
