The cleanup from Jan. 25 severe thunderstorms that rumbled through Montgomery will continue for the coming weeks and will affect trash and debris pickup plans, city officials said.
“Over the next few weeks, sanitation and street maintenance crews will be collecting yard debris left curbside,” the City of Montgomery said in a release. “As a public service during this cleanup period, the city will waive the regular 10-cubic-yard restriction. Homeowners are reminded that all debris must be cut into lengths no larger than five feet.”
