Winter weather continues to wreak havoc on the New York Racing Association’s winter meet at Aqueduct Racetrack in Queens.
NYRA on Thursday announced that the weekend forecast of “arctic temperatures and extremely low wind chill values” in the New York metropolitan area led to the cancellation of the scheduled racing programs on Saturday and Sunday at Aqueduct.
