SAN DIEGO (FOX5/KUSI) — Concerns are growing across San Diego over high-powered electric motorcycles being ridden illegally on city streets, often by teenagers.
Police say the bikes may look similar to e-bikes, but they are far more powerful, capable of high speeds, and can pose serious safety risks to riders and the public.
