EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Ongoing construction as part of the Artcraft project is causing frustration for some residents in northwest El Paso. That is what is driving one viewer crazy this week.
A local viewer voiced concerns, saying, “I live by Artcraft and for a while I have seen crew after crew working on who knows what over there. I feel like it’s never going to end. I pass by equipment on the side of the road every day. What is it for?”
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) confirmed that crews are currently working on relocating and connecting a sewer line at the intersection of Artcraft and Upper Valley.
