MADISON, Wis. — Prosecutors filed charges Thursday against a father and daughter for their alleged roles in a deadly shooting on Madison’s south side.
Jorge Baez, 67, is charged with first degree intentional homicide while Melissa Basilio-Ruiz, 44, is charged with six counts of possessing a firearm as a convicted felon.
