A Spring man faces fraud charges in Brenham after police claim he possessed stolen credit cards.
Just before 10 a.m. Thursday, Brenham Police K9 Sergeant Jimmy Ha and Corporal James Catchings, with assistance from DPS, responded to suspicious activity called in by a business owner located near the 200 block of South Blue Bell Road.
Police say their investigation revealed that an individual, identified as 41-year-old Angel Machado, was allegedly in possession of multiple stolen credit cards.
Machado was taken into custody for two counts of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse, Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence, and Fraudulent Possession or Use of Credit or Debit Cards, Between 10-50 Items…
