A motorcyclist has been arrested and accused of reckless driving in a crash that killed a Fort Collins cyclist who was riding near Horsetooth Mountain Open Space in April 2025. According to the Coloradoan, 68 year old Ian Dickinson died April 27 after being hit by a motorcycle at Larimer County Road 38E and Milner Mountain Ranch Road.
