BALTIMORE (WBFF) — As the people of Baltimore continue to dig out of this past week’s snow event a familiar sight is popping up in neighborhood streets.
Cones, chairs, crates and the occasional creative item are being used to call “dibs” on parking spots people have cleared of snow.
