Trial set for delivery driver accused of fatally striking pedestrian in Allentown incident

ALLENTOWN, Pa. – A delivery driver charged with third-degree murder following a fatal hit-and-run incident will face trial at a Lehigh County court after a preliminary hearing was held on Friday.

Troy Johnson, 30, of Philadelphia, is charged with felony counts of murder of the third-degree and accidents involving death and misdemeanor counts of involuntary manslaughter and recklessly endangering another person, according to the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office.

He remains in Lehigh County Jail under $500,000 bail…
