A fire in a manhole snagged traffic and knocked out power to several hundred customers in Boston on Friday.
Fire officials said they were called to the fire in a manhole at Cambridge Street at Staniford Street – near the Bowdoin MBTA station – around 10 a.m. Crews are still working as of late Friday afternoon.
