According to Montgomery County Mayor Wes Golden, Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s (VUMC) plans to acquire full ownership of Tennova Healthcare-Clarksville from subsidiaries of Community Health Systems Inc. will be completed this weekend.
On Friday, Jan. 30, Mayor Golden said on his daily social media post he met with Vanderbilt’s leadership team at the Mailroom restaurant in downtown Clarksville.

They’re wanting to get involved and we love it. We are going to plug them in [to the community] anywhere we can.”…
