ORLANDO, Fla. A Marion County sheriff’s deputy plans to file a civil lawsuit after he was arrested by fellow deputies, an incident his attorney says violated his constitutional rights.

Deputy Jeremiah Ricketts was arrested in December at his home in Lake County.
