CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A woman from New Cumberland was arrested Wednesday for allegedly mishandling tax documents and defrauding a client in 2023.
Tiffany Ann Mixell, 32, was charged three years ago by Manheim Township police for deceptive or fraudulent business practices. She had been wanted by police since Nov. 13, 2023.
