LIMESTONE COUNTY, Ala. — A 26-year-old citizen of Beirut, Lebanon, has been arrested following an investigation into the electronic solicitation of a child in Limestone County, according to the Limestone County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO).
Kong Ngundeng Pal was taken into custody after investigators determined he had engaged in sexually explicit online communication with a Limestone County child and arranged to meet the child for the purpose of engaging in unlawful sex acts.
