FRANKLIN, Ind. (WISH) — A 22-year-old man from Avon, Indiana, was sentenced to three years in state prison for stalking, according to the Johnson County Prosecutor’s Office.
On Thursday, Caleb Matthys, 22, of Avon, was sentenced after pleading guilty to stalking, a level 5 felony, conspiracy to commit arson, a level 6 felony, and invasion of privacy, a misdemeanor.
