The owners of Farrand Hall, a Southwest Michigan destination that draws Michelin-starred chefs from across the country, are opening a small-town diner in Three Rivers next month.
James Gray and Jacob Hagan plan to debut Farrand Hall Diner & Bakery in early February at 45 N. Main St., marking their third culinary venture in St. Joseph County since 2017.
