MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Some main roads are improving because of the sun and the City of Memphis’ Public Works crews, but neighborhoods across the city tell a different story.
Mushy snow and water puddles cover streets in residential areas. Several inches of snow melted and then refroze overnight, turning much of it into ice.
Officials continue to encourage people to stay off the roads so crews have time to clear them…
