HERNANDO, Miss. (WMC) – When Andrew Pellegrino decided he wanted to ask Julia Alexander to marry him, he was nervous. But he knew just who to call to help him out: the students at Hernando Middle School.
Alexander’s sixth grade students lined the hallways with a message of love: Will you marry me? A smile hit her face, and then Andrew dropped to one knee, popped the question and put a ring on it.
“It had always kind of been like a secret dream and hope of mine that he would do it at school. It was very special, very heartwarming, definitely the surprise of a lifetime,” Alexander said…
