TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – City crews repaired a massive pothole on Upton Avenue Friday, hours after a driver hit the road hazard before sunrise.
Sonia Flunder McNair said she’s glad the wheels on her truck weren’t damaged after hitting the pothole early Friday morning.
