A Gloucester County grand jury has indicted a British man on aggravated manslaughter and vehicular homicide charges following a fatal crash that occurred while prosecutors say he was fleeing police.
George Linard, 24, was driving at 86 mph in a 30 mph zone, ignored police attempts to pull him over and disregarded a red light before the Nov. 9, 2025, crash in West Deptford Township, police said.
