Mass. State Police trooper accused of assault, kidnapping and intimidation

A Massachusetts State Police trooper has been arrested and charged in an alleged case of domestic violence.

The Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office says Joshua Ward was in court Wednesday. He’s facing one count of assault and battery on a family/household member, two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon (handgun and knife), one count of kidnapping, and one count of intimidation.
