This will be the third weekend in a row with a winter storm to track and this one will be the farthest south reaching. Snow is developing this evening across the Smokey Mountains of Tennessee, Eastern Kentucky, and North Carolina as the storm is just getting started. This snow will expand Saturday morning to include The Carolinas and Georgia.
