JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (WKRC) – A father was found guilty of stabbing his wife to death because she seemed unimpressed by his Valentine’s Day surprise, after which he sent a picture of her body to a man he believed she was having an affair with with the caption, “Your fault.”
According to a probable cause affidavit obtained by Law&Crime, officers were called to 35-year-old Taylor Meyer’s home on February 14, 2025 after a man called 911 to report that they had received a call from 36-year-old Deborah Meyer and could hear her yelling for help.
Officers drove to Meyer’s home but did not receive an answer upon knocking on the door. The man who called 911 arrived at the scene shortly after and showed officer an image he had just received in a text message that showed Deborah Meyer’s dead body on the floor with the caption, “Your fault.”…
