CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) – The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program will accept appointments from low-income Chatham County residents starting Sunday, Feb. 1.
Back in December, the program started accepting appointments from low-income residents 65 years of age and older or homebound who live in Chatham County.
