MANOR, Texas — An investigation is underway after a shooting in Manor on Friday morning.
According to the Manor Police Department, officers responded at around 9:15 a.m. to a home in the 14000 block of Sherri Berry Way after a caller reported that a person broke in with a gun and held her at gunpoint. Police said the homeowner gained control of a gun and allegedly shot the intruder in self-defense.
Once on scene, law enforcement said they found a man with a gunshot wound near the head. The intruder was taken to a local hospital in critical condition, police said…
