Downtown Pink Cafe Darling Amo Café Rose Heads To East Side McRae Hub

Amo Café Rose, the downtown pink-themed café known for glittery drinks and photo-ready décor, is packing up its rose-colored vibe for a second act on El Paso’s East Side. Owner Barbara Chavarria is opening a new location at the McRae Shopping Center, keeping the cafe’s signature all-pink aesthetic in a larger space and adding at least one new entrée to the lineup. The original shop on Yandell has already become a go-to for brunches, showers, and small private events.

Chavarria told the El Paso Times that the expansion grew out of constant requests from East Side customers, and that the new café is expected to open in time for Valentine’s Day.
