Disgraced ex-San Antonio financial adviser Brooklynn Chandler Willy, accused of getting clients to invest in a massive Ponzi scheme, is negotiating a plea agreement in her two criminal cases to avoid a federal trial later this year.
Willy, who headed Texas Financial Advisory before she was arrested in December 2024, is facing 18 felony charges between the two cases, but it has not been publicly disclosed what charge or charges she may plead guilty to as part of an agreement.
If Willy does enter a plea, regardless of the charge, she’ll likely be heading to prison…
