The man accused of crashing into another vehicle on Redwood Road, killing one woman, has been charged with manslaughter after he was allegedly driving 60 miles per hour over the speed limit before the accident.
Along with manslaughter, Emmanuel Flores-Hernandez, 31, was also charged with providing alcohol to a minor and is being held without bail following the Nov. 18 crash.
