Spokane welcomed its first dumpling restaurant a little over a week ago, and the city hasn’t seen anything like it.
Yo Dumplings, an American-Asian fusion restaurant, moved in with Brick West Brewing Company in downtown Spokane at its first permanent location. Prior to opening, Yo Dumplings operated as a food truck and hosted a pop-up outside on Brick West’s lawn space. After selling out within the first hour and receiving consistent positive feedback from customers, the two restaurants decided to make their collaboration long term.
