SANGER – The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office has arrested and identified a suspect for murder in the case of a missing man.
FSO said in a Jan. 28 press release that homicide detectives arrested Michael Bulaich, 46, of Sanger, and are charging him with murder, probation violation and being a repeat serious felony offender. Bulaich is suspected of the murder of Garth Dustin Moore, 34, who was reported missing in early January.
According to FSO, the investigation into Moore’s disappearance led detectives to serving a search warrant at a property near Highway 180 and South Leonard Avenue in Sanger on Jan. 21. Detectives then contacted and arrested Bulaich based on evidence and information collection…
