Fort Wayne, Indiana — Dangerous cold conditions persist across northern Indiana this weekend, with subzero wind chills creating hazardous conditions for outdoor exposure and travel. According to the National Weather Service Northern Indiana, wind chill values early Saturday and Sunday mornings are expected to range from -15°F to 0°F, especially during the pre-dawn and early commute hours.

Lake-effect snow that affected parts of the region earlier has shifted west, allowing dry but bitterly cold conditions to dominate through Sunday.
