BARROW COUNTY, Ga. — Parents of students at Apalachee High School shared with 11Alive that a student had been arrested for allegedly making a threat.
The Barrow County School System officials confirmed that a student was taken into custody Friday afternoon for making an electronic threat. A message was sent to families, informing them of what happened.
“Any person making a threat or anything perceived as a threat against another student, staff member, or our school will face the strictest consequences following our Student Code of Conduct and law enforcement measures, including criminal charges,” the message said…
