TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A multi-car crash is causing significant slowdowns on the northbound Howard Frankland Bridge Saturday morning.
Traffic cameras show a rollover crash that appears to involve at least three vehicles. There is a large law enforcement presence directing traffic.
