JENNINGS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Residents on Belridge Court say they haven’t seen a snow plow on their street since the weekend snowstorm, while other residential streets in the area have been cleared.
Teresa Lowman, who lives on Belridge Court, said the unplowed conditions have disrupted daily life.
“We’ve had doctors appointments I had to cancel,” she said. “It’s been difficult, people missed work, appointments, we just think it’s inexcusable.”…
