Mail dipped in drugs: TCSO changes mail rules at jail in an effort to keep drugs out

TULSA, Okla. – The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office has made some major changes to how inmates can get mail at the jail, including legal mail. They’ve made the changes to try to keep drugs out of the jail.

The most recent change happened in December, and it impacts attorneys bringing mail or court documents to their clients. TCSO says they intercepted several letters from an inmate to his girlfriend talking about using an attorney to bring in the drugs…
