SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — This year’s Point-in-Time Count is officially underway, as volunteers work throughout Spokane County to connect with those experiencing homelessness.
Through February 2nd, count volunteers will not only take a tally of those in shelters or on the street, they’ll listen to their stories and ask questions to find out just how many people don’t have a roof over their head when they go to sleep.
