Delivery driver in fatal Allentown hit-and-run ordered to face third-degree murder charges

ALLENTOWN, Pa. — A delivery driver charged in a fatal hit-and-run crash after authorities said the victim confronted the driver was ordered Friday to face court on third-degree murder charges.

Amazon driver Troy Johnson, 30, of Philadelphia, also was ordered to face court on a felony count of accidents involving death and misdemeanor counts of involuntary manslaughter and recklessly endangering another person.
