CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A legal battle between Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment and the company’s former downtown landlord, Towne Properties, is over.
On Jan. 28, both parties agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice – meaning it cannot be re-filed – putting an end to a roughly four-month public dispute following the restaurant group’s abrupt departure of its Lempicka event space and corporate office at 700 Walnut St.
