SMITHS STATION — Two brothers who were hit by a vehicle Wednesday afternoon say they believe the driver struck them intentionally and are upset the suspect has been released on bond.
The brothers, who asked to remain anonymous, were walking along Lee Road 240 around 12:30 p.m. when they were struck by a vehicle. The incident was captured on another driver’s dashcam.
“We were just walking to the gym, it’s a part of our daily routine. Walking by listening to music. No words were said, nothing out of the ordinary and just boom,” one of the brothers said…
