Drunk man arrested after screaming fit in Middleburg Heights nursing home
MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, Ohio – An intoxicated Cleveland man, 43, was arrested at about 4:30 p.m. Jan. 18 after he raised a ruckus at Royal Oak Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, 6973 Pearl Road.
