Community urged to help find missing senior with dementia

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The Dayton Police Department is asking for the public to help locate a missing 68-year-old man.

The man, Gregory Pitts, was reported missing on Saturday, Jan. 31. Officials said he was last seen on Jan. 25 at approximately 6:30 p.m. in the 300 block of Pointview Avenue.

He is 5-foot-5 inches, weighs approximately 140 pounds, has gray hair and brown eyes. Both his right pinky finger and part of his ring finger are missing. He was last seen in a black coat, blue jeans and white shoes. He uses a wooden cane.
