SENECA, S.C. (WSPA) – The Oconee County Coroner’s Office said a man died Wednesday evening after slipping on an ice patch outside of his home.
A 79-year-old man slipped on ice from the recent winter storm while walking down his driveway to his mailbox Wednesday afternoon, the coroner’s office said. He was found unresponsive by his wife.
The man was treated by EMS and airlifted to Greenville for further treatment. He died from head injury complications at 11:30 p.m. that night, the coroner’s office said…
